Join facilitator and coach Meghan McCoy as she guides us through a motivational interview with ourselves. Personal values create direction for where we want to go, who we want to be, and the legacy we want to create. Through a series of thoughtful exercises you will identify, define, and recognize how you embody your own core values. You will walk away with a foundation for how these tools can be used to set boundaries and create purpose to enrich your life.
